A CT-3D scan was arranged by Mr. Noor Buchholz consultant urologist of London Independent Hospital.
The scan technician was instructed to willfully misdirect CT scan to prevent evidence that Prof. Michael Besser UK’s leading specialist in endocrinology also a Harley Street consultant is guilty of malpractice.
This insidious deception by General Healthcare Group-London Independent Hospital is conspiring to pervert the course of justice in a medico issue.
Request to view CT 3D scan at BMI Hospital has been denied.
Request under data protection act for imaging request has been denied as it stated the area required.
Request under data act for total amount of blood taken by BMI personal and blood required for each test has been denied.
Blood has been taken for illicit purpose by London Independent Hospital.
Cost of CT-3D scan – 950.50
BMI will not pursue non-payment of pathology fee for Mr. Buchholz by litigation as it will expose fraud.
Adrian Fawcett, Chief Executive Officer of General Healthcare Group is complicate in this this fraud. This issue has been suppressed by P&HS ombudsman G.M.C and C/E Gorham of Kirkdale House.
Also I am unable to engage A solicitor as action for victims of medical accidents has had me blacklisted. This issue has been reported to the law society on 10 November 2009.
An illegal eviction has administered by Bow County Court.
This was prevented by Walthamstow Gurdian Newspaper on Thurusday 11th November 2010.
Had this illegal eviction occurred, all evidence and CD in this fraud by General Healthcare Group London Independent Hospital could have been purloined and destroyed with illegal eviction by Bow County Court.
An incident of attempted murder was reported to Forest Road Police Station on 1th July 2006.
Request for CC.TV footage denied by Metropolitan Police Service.
I will welcome any litigation from General Healthcare Group to expose this fraud at London Independent Hospital.
